The MTU Marketing Unit role is to enhance the image and visibility of the University amongst MTU’s external stakeholders.
Student Recruitment
The Marketing Unit plans, organises and delivers a number of MTU promotional events throughout the academic year which include Annual Open Days, CAO Applicant Information Evenings, Experience Day for Transition Year Students, Guidance Counsellors Information Day and Live Online Questions and Answers Sessions, to promote MTU as a University and the courses on offer.
The Marketing Unit visits secondary schools in the Munster region, presenting to students, guidance counsellors, parents and guardians, and also attends various national and local career exhibitions to represent the University, answer prospective student queries and deliver information on course detail.
